1. zuerst CLEO3 installieren

- PimpmyCar.cs nach GTASA\CLEO kopieren
- Tuning.cm nach GTASA\CLEO kopieren
- Neon.cs nach GTASA\CLEO kopieren
- Pimpmycar_text.fxt nach GTASA\CLEO\CLEO_TEXT kopieren

- neon.img nach GTASA\models kopieren
- neon.ide nach GTASA\data\maps\generic kopieren

- ffne die Datei, gta.dat, im DATA-Ordner, mit notepad,

scrolle etwas runter, zu den Zeilen, die folgendermaen beginnen: IDE DATA\MODELS\...
Und fge dort folgende Zeile hinzu: 
IMG MODELS\NEON.IMG

scrolle etwas runter, zu den Zeilen, die folgendermaen beginnen: IDE DATA\MAPS\...
Und fge dort folgende Zeile hinzu: 
IDE DATA\MAPS\generic\neon.IDE

oder kopiere die beigefgte gta.dat nach GTASA\data

Option_HaloEffect
Die standartmige neon.cs installiert nur Neonrhren-Objekte an deinem Fahrzeug

Um "U-ground Halo"-Licht am Unterboden anzubringen,
- Neon.cs aus dem Ordner Option_HaloEffect nach GTASA\CLEO kopieren
- effects.fxp aus dem Ordner Option_HaloEffect nach GTASA\models kopieren
- effectsPC.txd aus dem Ordner Option_HaloEffect nach GTASA\models kopieren

-copy neon.img into GTASA\models - folder

- Open the file gta.dat, located on your DATA folder, with notepad,

Option_HaloEffect
The default neon.cs installs only tube object to your vehicles
To attach "U-ground Halo"-lights:
-copy the Neon.cs of the folder Option_HaloEffect into GTASA\CLEO - folder
-copy effects.fxp into GTASA\models - folder
-copy effectsPC.txd into GTASA\models - folder
